I am Mrs Alice Markson ,I am married to Mr Phillipe Markson who worked with Kuwait embassy in Ivory Coast for nine years before he died in the year 2006.We were married for eleven years without a child. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days.Before his death we were both born again Christian.

Since his death I decided not to remarry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is against.When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of US$10.7million dollars in a Bank here in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire.Presently, this money is still in bank.

Recently, my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next Eight months due to cancer problem. Having known my critical condition I decided to donate this fund to a charity organization that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein.

I want an organization or individual that will use this fund for orphanages, school and church ,widows, propagating the word of God and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that "Blessed is the hand that giveth".I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives are not Christians and I don't want my husband's efforts to be used by unbelievers.

I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly way. This is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord.Exodus 14 VS 14 says that "the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace"

I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health that is the reason why I want to hear from you so that I can give you the contact of the bank were the money was deposited by my late husband so that you can contact them for the transfer of the money to your personal account for the project and I pray and hope with God all things are possible.

I will also issue you an authority letter that will prove you the present beneficiary of this money. I want you to pray for me in your church because the lord is my shephard. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian. Whoever that Wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and Truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life.

Home for the 4th

How it happened

Ok, so basically the way it happened (or my side of the story I suppose) was this:

I walked into work last Tuesday and noticed that one of the owners (who is NEVER there) is there as well as the head manager (who is younger than me mind you). I thought nothing of it and continued to answer the phone, get my hat and apron on, clock in, and wash my hands and get ready to work my shift. The manager peeks his head out of the back room and says "Michael when you are done with that we need to talk about something in the back room." When I go in back, he tells me that the company has three complaints against me.

1. I'm supposedly rude to customers. Their example of this is that I have forced people to say please for extra toppings. Not they stuff the are entitled to mind you, but the extra shit. I'm told "multiple people" came back and complained.

2. I wasted company time and resources. One night I was working and it was DEAD in the mall, no customers, nothing. We had cleaned everything that needed to be cleaned, cleaned extra stuff, stocked everything, made up stuff to clean and cleaned them, and still had a couple of hours to go for the night. One of my co-workers, in jest, said to make something out of the sleeves we use for our hot cups. So I took 5 minutes (if that) a stapler, 4 small cups and 6 sleeves and made a cup-doll. Yes it sounds stupid, but one of the reasons I was fired was because I made a doll out of a couple of cups.

3. (And the manager should check his dictionary on this one) The manager claimed that I was insubordinate. His only example of such was the next day, after making the doll, I came in and noticed it was gone from the perch I had left it on and asked the manager if he knew where it was. He told me that he had thrown it away again making the excuse that customers had complained and instantly berated me for wasting time and walked out of the back room before I could respond. I followed him to the front and explained to him that we had done everything that could be done but he insisted that I should have been cleaning something or whatever.

Some background information:
We have been overstaffed since Christmas because they rehired too many of the "seasonal" help and the one seasonal person they did fire was one of the hardest working. Meanwhile they kept two people who would have no sense of urgency if the world was ending becuase their mothers knew one of the owners. Don't get me wrong, I like them, but I could make 4 drinks in the time it took them to make one. Once the summer came the management/owners expected people to go home for the summer, but no one did and everyone asked for more hours, at the same time the owners wanted to cut hours.

Also of note, we have had things in the store of lower quality that my cup doll selling for $20+.

The most insane thing I've ever seen...
